(June 9) -- Nine-year-old Alastair Barnes didn't stumble on to a pot of gold while walking his dog but if a four-leaf clover brings good luck than seven leaves should bring something special.
Barnes discovered the rare seven-leaf plant in a nature reserve near his home in Wiltshire, England while he was searching for four-leaf clovers with his father, according to a report in The Daily Mail.

"I was amazed and I immediately shouted to my dad. He didn't believe me at first but then he came over and had a look for himself," Barnes told the Daily Mail. "I picked it and took it home. It was amazing to find something so rare. I was so happy."
According to legend, four-leaf clovers bring greater luck if found accidentally. The leaves symbolize hope, faith, love and luck. A fifth leaf supposedly signifies money with the other two offering a mysterious reward for Barnes.
